	David A. Parker President David A. Parker is the President of Chase Partners LTD and Director of the Investment Properties Group of Charles Dunn Company. Prior to joining Chase Partners LTD, David had served as President of Preferred Business Properties. During his career, David has developed and repositioned over four million square feet of commercial property. 	Richard Asher, CPA Chief Financial Officer Richard Asher joined Chase Partners in 2005 as its Chief Financial Officer. Richard is a Certified Public Accountant, and previously worked at Ernst & Young in the audit department. His diverse background in the real estate industry and his years of experience as a controller / CFO gives him a unique ability to manage the accounting department at a company as dynamic as Chase Partners. 	Teri Colley Managing Supervisor Teri Colley serves Chase Partners as its Managing Supervisor. Teri manages the Chase portfolio from commencement to completion and ensures that Chase is on track and within budget. Her attention to detail along with her broad real estate experience has proven to be invaluable to the Chase Partners Team.
